Calling people in Spain and Argentina..need your help!

Hi: I have done a test page for one of my team members. We have been told that his friends and family in Argentina and Spain cannot access it. All I need at this point is for anyone in the Spain and Argentina area to let me know if you can open this ok and if you could let me know what browser and internet service you have, I would be most appreciative. (PS...I know the spanish part is not correct, so please ignore that.) Anyone who wants to test and let me know, thats fine to, but I'm concerned about Spain and Argentina for now. Thanks so much!
