new site almost ready

Hi, I have created a site for my friend on my domain temporarily.
www.adonnarundel.com/training.html client id 14229
As soon as I get the training page working, he will take it and get his domain on bluevoda. I'm in ahurry to get him off of here. I'm willing to pay the 77 dollars for that video shrinking program tha I spotted one day when I was reading through the forums and now I can't find it. It condensed your video and most importantly put it on your site immediately. They advertised in five minutes you could be up and running. I didn't want to buy it because I will not get reimbursed, but now I just want to get it done.
1. Do any of you know which program I am referring to?
2.Please take a look at the whole site and tell me what you think.
Any suggestions as to how to make a menu for the videos?appearance wise that is.

have you realized that you have different mouseover effects on different pages. Some the button disappears, some it doesn't. just pointing it out, perhaps that's how you wanted it...
