You did a great job, Karry, however, you have a lot of extra space at the bottom of your pages.

Thank you AmaDee. I have fixed the spaces on my site. Do you know anything about the guestbook and how it works?

karry, i still see the extra space at the bottom of your page. go to edit, select all, and see if there are any little critters lurking where you don't want them. if you find any, delete.

as far as the guestbook, so sorry. i haven't utilized that feature yet. Any body?

                Re: new site-new web address

                Hi Karry,

For what it's worth, AmaDee sees extra space at the bottom of my pages too. If I figure out why, I'll let you know! For the record, I don't see much extra space below your bottom banner ads.

I'll make a nit-picky copy editor comment: There are a couple places in your index text where your paragraphs run together. Put in a hard return if it's all one text box, or separate the boxes if each paragraph has its own box.

In terms of content, the ads on your page don't seem very well focused. If this is a site for people interested in data entry or survey opportunities, I think every opportunity on the page should be something that might interest them or catch their eye. Otherwise, your conversion rates aren't going to be very good.

In other words, if I'm interesting in work at home information, why are you telling me about costume jewelry, satellite TV, and dating?

Finally, the "three simple steps" aren't clear to me. You tell me to "fill out the form," but I don't see a form. I see a go menu and then an "enter" button below that with no explanation. What exactly am I supposed to do? Maybe I'm stupid, but I'm not alone -- so make it idiot proof!

                Hope this helps.

Too many banners dotted around... try making them all the same size and put down one side... and i would loose the banner add at the top.. when i see them on a site i tend to leave... good efort though... keep it up...

                    Re: new site-new web address

Hi Karry, You do have a major problem to solve before going to minor problemos. What the site is all about???
                    Friends? Satellite TV Dreams?
You are missing the headline. I would dispose the scroll from the top and/or move it bit down where it makes more sense. Now it takes too much time to figure out what your site is all about.
I wouldn't worry too much of the order of the ads at the bottom because IF anyone ever gets down there and IF anyone is really interested of what you have down there, the order really isn't big deal.
You can worry about that after you start to get some traffic to your site.
Before that, Make sure you tell us in a logline or similar what is it that you are doing? Or offering??
                    Yup, keep doing.

Hi, think you need a common menu throughout the site. I just got lost & gave up.
On this page http://www.dataentry123.org/starttoday.html In fire fox i can see abut 5 links down the left side. But in IE. I can only see 2. (strange)

                              Good luck,
                              Regards Chris.
