    Website review and hits

Not sure if I have the right posting area, but have had my website published for a few months now and been receiving several thousand hits a month.
Figured this was about normal for a new website. But this month I have received over 45,000 hits and not sure why. ( Can't belive my website is suddenly that great) I have made a few minor changes to it but do not understand the sudden increase.
Not buying any traffic or hit generator, and have not had any changes in my advertising methods. Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Also would appreciate anyone looking at my website with any helpful suggestions.Always looking to make it better!
    Thank you in advance.

    Re: Website review and hits

You have purchased a good domain name there. If people where to type into a search engine, best health stores, you would be there :)! A nice professional website there. A few pointers,
    >> The links at the bottom of the page in my eyes look a bit 'messy' in comparison to the rest of the page.
    >> Think about removing the marquee, it doesn't suit the page.

Other than that, looking good. Well done!

        Good work,
-You link to a lot of third party pages and the only way to return to your site is with the browser's back button.
        -Center your pages
-Contact US has the wrong link, you have it pointed to the Disclaimer page. Idem Returns. Also, noticed you have different fonts for that menu.
-Healthwatch page: slow the marquee down, way too fast.
        -Colors are clean.

        Good luck
