Good luck and you can mail me through my website contact page if you prefer to talk off the forum.
HI EVERYONE...lots of little adventures but I have missed the forum.
No, you will need to export all your Photoshop files into a .jpg because not everyone has .psd formats on their computers so they won't be able to read that when the site is on the net.
All my pics ARE .jpg. I don't even think I have PhotoShop. Thanks for all your help, I think I got something on the back burner which I will display here in a couple of weeks or less. Y'all been a tremendous help and I send a BIG THANK YOU to all Vodians who participated in this thread.

Not true, Jeremy......BV-9 now also works with PNG!
Frankly, yes.....images are universally seen as configured (unlike fonts, which are based on a completely different foundation and format).....the file format itself may or not be universally manipulated system to system, but that does NOT preclude viewability.
.psd does not always = .png and some computers configure them to .bmp when trying to save them. .png does not always = computer friendly .png generally are larger file formats because they are losless and really are layers. It in general will depend on how that png is formatted rather or not its web friendly or user friendly and rather or not your computer compresses it to a single layer bmp and losless.

Technically, yes, I agree Karen.....I was merely popping balloons carelessly let float thru the Forum! LOL
GENERALLY, PSD images are automatically re-configured to display with the current systems out there nowadays, and PNG is also becoming more commonly used, as the trickle-down effect of software use becomes more unified and utilities become more "advanced".....the very reason BV has been upgraded to utilize these formats!
And no, Pristine.....it is "regular duty" to share expertise (and what some consider common knowledge) here in VT....."Progrees via Peerage" is the tradition we maintain! It is also why it is so easy to "correct" mis-information, to the benefit of all!

It's great that we all argue to be correct and try to get you the right answer.
