    Here Goes Nothing!

I have been building my site for three months now. Reading alot and posting a little. I am fairly close to launching and fairly nervous. It is quite big, maybe too big. The idea is to promote conservation through outdoor recreation on a local level. Please have a look NashvilleOutdoors.net I still have some work to do, but I need help on why some pictures don't show up unless I hit refresh 2 or 3 times? Amyway, Hope You Like It!

    Thanks Tremendously,
    Tim

Love the colours, layout, very user friendly. Very very nice job!! Well done
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.

        Tim,
Looked over your site - WOW! Looks great and I can understand why it took some time to bring it all together.

I am no expert - just a viewer type - I liked it!

          Re: Here Goes Nothing!

Hi, nice looking site. Its clean, fresh with a good layout. It feels like a news paper with its layout, (which is good) Some over lapping with firefox on a few areas of text & some of the pages are a bit slow loading on a 1st time visit with using the light box.
          http://www.nashvilleoutdoors.net/wil...etaildeer.html was about 20 seconds & http://www.nashvilleoutdoors.net/skateboarding.html was around 40 seconds.
Like the style of your wildlife index with the razed images.
The only thing that might be nice to change is the speed of the image change overs & the spinning world. They are quite distracting & manic if your are trying to read the page.

          Good luck
          Regards Chris.

            Hi,

Well done. except for what Chris commented on I would think that you Earth
is spinning like crazy. Slow it down to a crawl would be just about right.

Very nice job. Looks professional. Chock full of info. Your home page loaded quickly and all pics were visible, however, I didn't get pics on the other pages.

              Best of luck to you!

                Nice format for the template.
Download Firefox and check out all the misplacements of text, works fine in IE, you have to remember not everyone will visit you site with IE.

                    Hey Tim.

Great site! great message! I've visited Tennessee on a few occasions, have always enjoyed myself immensely. It's a beautiful place, good to know people want to take care of it.

Some text still out of line, as stated above, don't know if you've gotten to this yet?

                    Good job, keep on buildin',

                    Mike
