Thanks Mike,
Yeah, the cutting boards link is the only one i haven't finished yet. I have to make some so i can take some picts ! Been too busy doing my web site.
beautiful woodwork ... you have done a great job with your website ...
a couple of observations ...
your gallery is slow to load and that is because your images are big ... there is a free tool here called pixresizer that will help youoptimise them for the web ... Hopefully Collector's will come along with his great advice on photos ...
your page transitions seem to be set differently on some of the pages which gives a disjointed feel when browsing from page to page ... I really liked the fade effect ...
Also maybe consider centring all your pages in the browser ...
Bayea,
A couple of things to look for:
-The Cutting Boards page is up as "coming soon" if this is incorrect, check the links.
-Do a search for Bether's comments on titles and metatags. Help the search engines look for you. Example, instead of 'Normas woodworking' for your home page title, consider 'Handcrafted Unique Gifts by Norma' -Pages off center, already mentioned above, check that you don't have hidden items left behind text or images and click 'center in browser' in Page Properties.
-On your contact page, migth want to get rid of the underscore 'First_Name' and for you Guestbook, change the test message to something like 'welcome, stop by an visit', etc.
A couple more things to consider: 1. Your page-to-page transitions are off, making your lelments hop: be sure that each element is in exactly the same position (check this using the axis tool in lower right of the BV browser -- click once on each element, and not the x/y line positions which refer to the top-left of each item registration)
2. You have "add to cart" and all the other PayPal elements in place, but don't you think it would be more proper to list individual prices or scales of price ranges somewhere near pictures of items you are offering without having to got TO the cart to find out how much things are?
I will pop in again to take a closer look once these are addressed...(Looking Good!)
