I just finished my second website. I have gotten a little bit better i hope but i would love to hear everyones opinion.

Don't have a lot of time but took a quick look and there's no doubt you're getting better. This site is much cleaner and very functional.

Btw, made a new logo..how does it look? The one in my sig, its shadowriting if anyones wondering .

Hi, there is quite a bit of movement with items on the pages with page transitions. Usually better to use a template or clone a page to save a lot of altering at a later date.
Need to change the top left 1meg image on the about us page.

I would only suggest you pay particular attention to minutia, and try to epitomize the "Perfect Page" model as an example of your abilities: it will prove to be your best conversion tool and measure of credibility.
