1) How do you perceive us as is what do you think we do?

I am HR C-Suiter, so I hope I can provide you with some valuable feedback.

I love the layout. The graphics and color spell professionalism. The links work well and the general marketing seems on point.

There are definately some things you do not want to change

1. Quotes- Quotes are good marketing strategy as it backs up what you are saying as true.
2. Advantages or key points. HR reps like simple to use statements that note the advantage of what you are selling so we can move it to the person on top.
3. Free trial. I have turned down several products who did not have a try it first.

I think how the system works needs to come more to the forefront- I am not sure how to link the customer to the employee through the praise system. Perhaps this is will be through one of the links.

I would suggest a tutorial if possible. First it will help people understand the system. Plus it will move the concept from the HR rep to the general managers who are less like to understand award systems.

All said, I like the concept as well as the website.

I forgot to add.... I love the added touch of the PraiseStar Story- a must keep link since it adds a human element to the site.

To be B/H I like the professional look of the site. Although it took me a bit of reading to work out what PraiseStar was all about. But then again I am usually slow on the uptake.lol

I agree with the level of professionalism... B I G thumbs up, you've captured that. Small logisitic details you're probably working on ... I was disappointed to see the story, guiding principles, unique approach are all the same... and the home link doesn't get me to the front page.

Product wise... I'm left not knowing exactly what the product is, and as it doesn't seem to be relevant to me there's no need to trial it (trialling - a great idea).... and I'm sure if I did I'd find out whether what you're offering is a survey system, meeting question prompter, employee fulfillment structure... or whatever else.

MORE, MORE, MORE and MORE is a little too more-ish... after all an increase of 1% is more, what I'd be interested in is a paradigm shift from wherever I'd been operating from as a business person... therefore if the languaging on the front page was that of a quantum leap... utilising praise as a viable source of income, then I'd be keen to see what you're offering. Bigger, better, faster is more of the same insanity for some people.

Your enthusiasm for the product is clear, that would have me contact you above all else. Your context is clear, the big smiley face infected me thru the story... I got it, just not quite clear on what I'm getting!
