Hi, your off to a good start. Couple of things that might help.
A page width of 800-1000 would be better & would eliminate the side scroll if centred in page.
Only a personal thing. But your home page is a bit slow loading with the flash. Usually best to get visitors on the site fast & give them the option of viewing things like videos farther into the site. Maybe a couple of good quality fitness images of a male & female ?
On a couple of the images, you have tried to make them larger & it has distorted/pixilated the image. Unfortunately you can’t enlarge images this way.

thanks for the feedback - i have reduced those images from much larger ones so i will redo this process and size them correctly. I was also concerned about the video right up front - i will rethink this.
