I take it that you have only published an index page?
Have you given thought about your navigation system?CarbonTerry

Re: problems with my site on my computer
Coming along....what you've done is nice. I personally don't care for the cutesy computer smiles :), but to each his own, just think it takes away fro the look of a professional site. More like a email between friends. This is my opinion so please accept it as such. I really think you have a good start....will look again later, see how you are doing............

Re: problems with my site on my computer
What method have you used to post/insert the links? I can see no reference to links in the page html.
You have to physically place links (text, dropdown, etc.) on the home page.
http://www.buyheaven.co.uk/eyewear.html would be an exampleCarbonTerry

Re: problems with my site on my computer
ok lets get it clear, first i create the page for the eyewear, then save it as lets say buyheavenglasses.html and publish it. then go to the index page , highlight the text 'eyewear' then link it to http://www.buyheaven.co.uk/buyheavenglasses.html this is what I have done. where have i gone wrong?

Is the name of the page eye5.html? If so, that is your link .

Re: problems with my site on my computer
You would save it as " buyheavenglasses " no .html the software does that for you.
The link would then be:
http://www.buyheaven.co.uk/buyheavenglasses.html as you have already done.
The only thing that you need to do is open the page and "save as" buyheavenglasses (do not add any extension to it.)CarbonTerry

Re: problems with my site on my computer
OK, Great!! You have it....woohoo
Now for a little more work....
Page titles (not page names). This what will appear in the upper left hand section of your browser. Some start by naming it " Home "
You want to use at least one of your main keywords in the title.
Such as " Eyewear, Bags, Jewelry, ***** & Lingerie at Buy Heaven "
See where I am headed? You should title every page using keywords in the title.
Do NOT repeat page titles. Make them unique. They are a mini sales letter.
Good LuckCarbonTerry
