Hello you are off to a good start.

My first observation is that there is a lot of overlapping with your images.

Why not create a header/ banner across the top DIRTY PIRATE CASINO instead of top left hand corner and similarly create some kind of footer, even if it is just a line.

Also try and keep within you left and right edges.

After a few tweaks it will be spot on.

        Regards

        Darren

when i put the header in the center should i do a solid back gropund color and left spaces into the ad so they do lap over.

It's just my opinion, but when you are trying to get people to spend money online, and give up things like cc details and so on, the website has to be super stylized, streamline, flow well etc, or people aren't going to have enough faith to pass on highly sensitive information. You must do more research on how a successful site looks. Go to other gaming sites, look at their layout, the speed at which things move.. You have some boxes flashing so fast you can't read them. Your banner or Header, is practically non-existent. You need crisp clean lines, and clear fonts, you must inspire people to "show you the money".

            Cheers

Are you actually working on this site, or is it an affiliate site provided to you by the network? It appears to be written in Dreamweaver or straight Java -- which?
The reason I ask is because if you intend to exchange money, you should consider adding an SSL (something your network would do, if it comes from a network). And....since your site is hosted in the US, the laws on Gaming are pretty clear what you can and cannot do, so if you are in fact exchanging money, you need to re-think the whole thing.

Pretty good lineup, though, and the functionality certainly screams being hosted on VodaServers, huh?

Pretty FLASHY. You need to make more of and attempt to shaw your name. the red letters at the top "top Casinos" or whatever it was, would be a good place, big letters in Red....

                  DIRTY PIRATE CASINO

Bigger than this but something to get attion.
                  Good Luck!
