Hello people, could u please check out my site and give me ideas on how to improve it. www.buyheaven.co.uk
thanks a lot
Is it finished? Your links menu don't link to any other pages?
Also... I am a bit confused... I presume you are in the UK as you're domain is a .co.uk ?
If so then Jewelry is spelt Jewellery.
Once you have completed the site, if any of your products are suitable for brides-to-be then make sure you get listed on my wedding directory which now receives over 25,000 unique visits a month.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
Hi Marincky, Thanks a lot. Nope it isnt finished and yeah, my products are suitable for brides to be and I will definitely get listed when m done. but the links are linked to other pages (which are still in progress).
You are just started, yes? None of the inner pages have buttons to go elsewhere, or home. You also need to cut down the bit size of your pics. Use something like pixresizer and it will help your loading time. Good Luck.

Help me out here, on my jewelry page there is a stray picture right at the bottom which only shows up in the preview or on the published page. i cant find it on blue voda software. whats happening here?
The colors are good, maybe adjust the buy now buttons up so they are in a horizontal straight line. And the lead in text might read better as a question (ie. Have you been scouring the web for the perfect gift? Congratulations you've found us! Welcome...)
I would organize better the pictures on the right side. Maybe in same sizes 'boxes' in a way they would be all aligned. Wouldn't put your picture in the main page either. It should be in your 'about us' page (as you have one there already). This gives a more professional approach to the site, I reckon.
I don't have much experience on Voda yet, but I will make suggestions for optimizating your site.
I look to see plenty of content on the pages. You need descriptions of your product. Things to make the customer interested. Such as... Can you image yourself in a sizzling pair of Bolle, Serengeti, Rayban, Gargoyles, ***** or ***** sunglasses.
Your images should also be clickable especially on the image page. When you click on a pair of glasses or *****, you should be able to see more detail.

I agree with this, also on the page with the light box I would get rid of the thick red border, maybe a thin black one. And I would add links to all your pages on each page, it is annoying having to return to the home page to get to one of the others.

When you have finished adding your products to where you can click on them. I would separate the products by brand/designer also. For instance, if I want I would have one page for DNKY things.
For each product, make a separate html page where each item has it own: page with a bigger image, paypal add to cart button, description and navigation menu to get back to the main pages.
Once you are done with that, make sure you add content with keyword rich content, h1 tags, page titles, and links to your other pages.
My eco-friendly site only has a few images which does the above. I am working on another site that take priority. It will have these things. Once I am finish with that, then I will concentrate on my site.
