I Lonna.. really like the home page..but I think your photo would work better in reverse.. you peel the pear to reveal the light bulb no?

The column bar with the links on it needs to be changed to a very light yellow color. It will probably look much better

Before listing all the ebooks on one page you may want to catagorize them and have a seperate page for each catagory. this will keep viewers from having to filter through hundreds of titles to find what they are wanting. When your ebooks get into the thousands you may opt for a search box.
