My contact page

Hi everyone

Currently on my contact page on my site, I have my contact details just typed in.

I would like to change it so that there is a box for each field (without displaying my contact details) so customers can fill in the boxes and click submit, which will then send an email to my email acc I have set up.

Can anyone tell me how I go about doing this? Is there anything already in the BlueVoada websitebuilder (a template) that can help with this?

yes, we have a very good form maker and we all thank Navel as the genius that gave us this. go to the video tutorials under forms. the form wizard is great and easy to follow. just watch the tutorials and follow closely.
