Rotating banner with hyperlinks

Hello Everybody
After sneaking in the forum for a few weeks, I am now in... legally.
I opened a VH account.
Is it possible, within BV, to insert a banner like the one shown in the following site ?? How ??

It stops when the mouse is over and can link to other pages.

I can't see why not, it's only a piece of JavaScript. So once you've written your java (or got someone to write it for you) you would just use the Java button (red "J") on the left hand menu in BlueVoda to load it.

Not that I would see it though, as I have (like a lot of people who are security conscious) disabled JavaScript.
