Does an upload box mean a comment box also? I have a fully functioning form on a password protected site that I chose multipart form which includes a comment box. Would I have been better in choosing the default?

Your ***** enough to ask the right questions.......................lol
A comments box is a text field and an upload field transfers a file to the server/website.
I included that comment because it was specifically mentioned by the author (Navaldesign) to make things as simple as posible.
The default handles all the normal fields but a file upload needs special handling, hence the info.
In reality, you could use the multipart for the whole form and it would still work OK.
