    Please review my site

I am a personal trainer and have almost no knowledge of web sites. I am designing this website to link with a site I have purchased where I can do personal training via the web. I need to know if it is connecting well. I am also trying to take advantage of Google's Adsense program to develop additional revenue. I hope the site provides information to help people become more fit and drive traffic to my personal training website. Thanks for any help you can provide in advance.

    My domain name is www.strategyforfitness.com.

Not bad, you have a few problems. You have several pages opening in popup windows, so the user can not see the page you should leave the target area empty so it will open in the same window. Also you should have the same menu bar on all your pages (same order, same buttons, same location) and you also have a page with links that take the user off site. These should open in a new window so you keep the user on your site.

Thanks for your help. I am still a little confused. I have gone over the linking videos a dozen times and still don't see my problem. I may be brain dead! I have a link that takes you to my Personal training site. On the Home page it starts with "Free Tial...". When you go from my home page to my nutrition link I offer that same site link it is entitled "Your Nutritionist and..." When I link on this site it pulls up perfectly in Foxfire and Internet explorer. When I try to link to it from the home page link in Internet Explorer it won't show the full page and you can't widened the page and in Foxfire in shows the whole page but no menu bars or scroll bars. I looked at the properties for both links and they seem to be the same. Could you look at these and tell me what you think might be going on.

Once again thanks for your help.

I can't view your site right now you have added a form to your page, which converts the page to a php. You will need to publish the page as such (check the page properties to make sure it will do so) then you have to remove the html version either through your c-panel or ftp manager (it will alway look for the html version first)

As for your links, from what I can remember about your pages, you need to go into your link proerties and in the target area leave it empty if you want them to open in the existing window, use "_blank" for a new window (to take users off site) Hope this helps
