Ok.......first your pages are way to wide! Second as for the layout there is no need to have links at the top of the page when you have them along the side as well as in the footer. Your page length vary too greatly, some do not even have the links footer. I think you should add more content on your home page to entice people to choose you voer others and look further into your site. And finally I would try to find better images its hard to tell what they are with the ones you have now. On a personal note I am not crazy about the type of navagation you have chosen (the text links inside the brackets) anyway not a bad start you have all the basics down now it is just a matter of tightening up the design. The best policy is to keep them under 1000 wide to fit most monitors.
