Very nice, I like the clean simple layout. Its easy to navagate, like the color choices. I would add a contact form insted of posting your email address to avoid spam. The pages take jsut a bit to load but unsure why at this time. Good job
If you use the form wizard it will help a lot, do not forget to also make a succes and error page (many forget this) and do not name your form with any spaces in the name. Also the cntact page will publish as a php so when you link be sure to link to it with that extension.
Hi, didn't seem to be able to click on a lot of the links? It feels like you have the iframe that you have the main menu in, pulled over the rest of the page & covering the ability to click on the links..
Hi,
Thanks for your comments, I do not seem to experience the same problem, could you tell me which links?
How would i go about fixing it if it is as you said?
Does it mean I can not put links behind that?

Hi, let some others test in different browsers. But i found in Opera & Fire Fox i was having problems on this page http://www.reciperaven.com/shop.html & others in that when i mouse over the 6 images they don’t change to another image & i can’t click on the links under these 6 images. But these all work fine with IE.
But you do have 2 iframes on the page both set at around the 500px high, & it might be the size of these covering the links, plus a querk with FF/OP browsers. I am also using the latest browsers.
Personally. I think that 85% of your viewers will find Amazon pages before they find your own recepie pages. I think you will have viewers on your site for an average of only 2 or 3 seconds. Your link navigation at the top does not stand out. I clicked on every amazon page link before i even noticed your navigation.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
Have a try at bringing the 6 images & text links to the front & republishing. If its also not needed, try reducing the size of your iframes. I think it might be more the main menu one that needs reducing in hight.

When showing my site to some friends, I have noticed that they don't seem to notice that menu, which means they miss out on the recipes of course. I'm starting out this website with the intention to earn some revenue from it eventually. Now with this in mind and I see on your signature that you have some knowledge on how to do this would, having visitors go on to the Amazon pages soon after entering the site is a good strategy right? Let me know what you think?
