Hi,
Your page is too wide so unable to see your ads unless strolling across to the right,if i were you i would make your links smaller and also right click on page choose page properties and reduce pagewidth,then things will fit better and hence will be seen.Apart from that it is looking and operating great.well done.

Overall, I'd say you're off to a great start!

Personally, I would get rid of some of the stuff you have flashing on the home page... it's very distracting!
