Unusual website but would welcome feedback

Not the usual sort of subject matter - a website for a charitable educational foundation. I first posted it on the web a couple of months ago and have been revising it since. Would welcome objective criticism (I'm too close to see the wood). Only one link (to Partners) is not working - the rest seem OK.

Hi Jack,
all your pages are too long, but the links work.
There's 1 BIG problem, though: a lot of side-scroll on every page & this is what I see on the right side:

5.Funding 90 Haredi students in Haifa, Ashdod and Beer Sheva to earn certificates in electronic engineering

6.Recruiting for theory course for a joint project with the Municipality of Bnei Brak to train public bus drivers to be funded up to 85% by Kemach.

7.Establishing a partnership with The Retourno Centre in Beit Shemesh, an addiction and rehabilitation centre specifically serving the Haredi community and which understands its needs, in order to support former addicts according to Kemach’s existing criteria. plus a photo of students by computers.
Quality of text layout, design is Ok for me
