Contact Us Page Question

If you visit my contact us page at www.profitandlasvegas.com I put a form there for people to fill out. When this is filled out, I get an email sent to me with their contact information. My questions are as follows:
1. Should I also include my email address on that page?
2. Frequently I get people that fill out the form with a bunch of garbage. Is there a way to force a correct email address in that form?
3. Is this page too boring?
4. What else is usually added to Contact Us pages?

Most contact pages are pretty boring.. lol

You could put your email on there.. make sure you use email riddler from dynamic drive to help cut down spam.

Without using captcha or entering a validation field of some sort that is required information or that would trip up the bots.. you will get spammy responses of bots trying to hijack your auto responder on your server.
