Hi, couple of things to have a look at i’m afraid.
Page is to wide for many monitors & has a lot of side scroll.
You need to use page properties to centre the pages & work within a width of 795-985px wide.
You have no Meta tags on the pages.
Best not to use BMP images as they are slow to load IE: http://www.oscarortega.net/OSCAR%20HALO%201.bmp is at 900kb & should be nearer 30kb in jpg format.

Theres not much more i could add to the above comment, get them little tweaks done and your there!

Nice! I agree with the other comments. Also, I would change the font..more rock and roll font if you can..Sweeep is nice is Voda lets you use it via your font collection. Also, clean up the guitar cable logo. Loved looking at this and I am impressed.

If you want the search engines to pick you up then don't take this suggestion up.

Nice site... any sample tracks?

Could do with som work on the meta data though, page titles etc.
