Hi,
WELL! If you did this with BlueVoda, you will be an inspiration to a lot of people. A super job, IMO....great artwork, colour, design. A truly professional site worthy of Unique Creation's stated claims of working to exceptionally high standards.
Of course no-one's perfect & I have to point out the only 2 mistakes that I could find:

About Us: design, and harmonious with the residences architecture and existing land conditions.There needs to be an ' in there somewhere...if you mean singular residence then residence's ....if you mean plural then residences'
Our Approach: guidelines that Unique Creations follows to ensure that each project

100% of the site was designed on Blue Voda from a blank slate. The background was built from www.bgpatterns.com. This is a great site for designing backgrounds.

Very clean, Content nicely kept to the point.

You have an issue with your Contact page, however (script showing across top of page). Try re-saving it as .php instead and see if that works.

Karen is right, there is enough spam to feed a starving country. Would also be worth checking in other browsers as some parts have some miss-alignment. IE: The main menu looks out in Google/c & FF.
