Your account HAS been created or we wouldn't be able to see your home page. You need to look again at the tutorials for naming pages and linking and probably publishing to see how to get your site to come together.

You could also do with removing the star shapes on the home page and improving your distorted banner header if you are trying to go for a professional look.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.

Yes, the links are working now.........the photos on the contact page take a long time to load, as does the one on Contact. You could try resizing, but not with the blue handles. PixResizer is a good tool.
            Also on About Us:
Chacon & Chamul Underground Utilities is here for all of your septic and needs.
Maybe you could delete the "and"?

              A.
When I go from Home to other pages, the header shifts a little to the left.

              B. SEO
Many experts suggest, at a bare minimum, make Google happy:

              1. Title on a page should describe, in a given number of words,
the business it presents to the world.

              2. All large images should have alt text.

              3. Make sure all img tags have height & width attributes.

              4. The terms used in the page title should be found somewhere on the page.

5a. Have good content on all pages.

5b. Your first paragraph is the most important. It should have your primary keyword tags for the page.

              6. Make sure all keywords are on the page if they are in your keyword tag.

              7. Treat each page as it is the home page. Together they make website stronger.

Like Karen suggested on so many occasions, there are websites and blogs that help in SEO. Google it.

Ditto with other comments. Main header image also looks a little fuzzy.

...could be a caching problem? 2 remedies:
                          1. click F5 many times
                          2. right click on empty part of page - click on page html - click 'between head tag' & type in the following EXACTLY including spaces

                          <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

                          either or both should work,

                            Hello David
Did exactly as you said, F5 many times, right click on empty part of page, html click, and typed between head tag <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache"> and still the same.
What’s so funny at lease to me is that, the old pages I had deleted them all, they are nowhere to be found, but in the internet.
I notice something at the title of each page at the very top; when I press and hold down F5 I see the old title, “chacon-chamul-underground-utilities.com/contact-us_html-Windows Internet Explorer provided by yahoo”
“But my new pages title at the top says, “Underground Utilities, contractors, excavating, sewer, in San Joaquin Valley, and counties –Window Internet Explorer provided”
                            Could this mean something?
                            Thanks for your help David

Where are you seeing them? if you are talking cached in google.. theres not much you can do.. you can sign into your account and ask them to REMOVE pages from their search, however, if you do make sure your newones have NEW NAMES or they wont be indexed at all.
