    2nd new website

We are both working on our doctorate degree in business administration. We decided to develop a consulting division through which to help small business ventures. Here is our site: www.timothycplatt.com.

We used this experience to learn how to add additional domain names to our www.ezhoneymoon.com account. We look forward to transfering other domain names over to VodaHost. We are really pleased with the service.
    Sincerely,
    Tim & Sonia Platt

It's a nice clean business professional site! My only input, being as **** as I am when it comes to business professional appeal, is to push your pages content higher up except on your home page. Clients might find it a bit annoying seeing all that empty gray space and having to scroll down right off the bat. Ya, having "white space" in the site is great to decrease the crowdness busyness and appeal more inviting but not in place of the banner.

A second thing you may want to consider for your professional image, is to fix your bottom links. Get rid of that gray background color. If you leave the background color to default, you'll only see the link text. If it won't let you make the change (I've encountered this many a times) delete the hyperlink style and make a new one, this time do not alter the default text-link background. Also, the bold hover doesn't look professional when it pushes the links aside. You can either switch the bold to the underline (people associate and accept the underline of a link more readily) or instead of having one text menu, make five individual ones so the bold hover effect won't move the links around.

      Good luck!

What's the difference between "consideration" and "Relevant Info"?

You probably could combine the two in something like "Contact Us".

You have defined keywords for your index page but they are not
          being used on the page.

Each page should have unique content and accordingly should be
reflected in the title, keywords and description tags respectively.

I would agree with adir_sharon about the white space.

Many experts suggest, to make Google happy at a bare minimum, do the following:

          Title
          1. Title on a page should describe, in a given number of words,
the business it presents to the world. On every page it should
indicate the content on the page separate and unique than other pages.
          2. Insert keywords within the title tag so that search engine
robots will know what your page is about.
          3. Make sure that the text within the title tag is also within the body of the page.
          4. Do not use the exact same title tag on every page on your website.
          5. Title tags for text links. Insert the title tag within the HTML of your text link to add weight to the link and the page where the link resides.

          Keywords
          1. Make sure all keywords are on the page if they are in your keyword tag.
          2. Do not spam the description or keyword meta tag by stuffing meaningless keywords.

          Links
          1. Do not link to link-farms or other search engine unfriendly neighborhoods.

          Images
          1. All images should have alt text. That is, describe your images with the
          use of the alt tag.
          2. Make sure all img tags have height & width attributes.

          Most important is Content
          1. Have good unique and fresh content on all pages.
          2. Your first paragraph is the most important.
It should have your primary keyword tags for the page.

How do you create or inform the code which paragraph is your most important one? For example my site www.bigpawservices.com, I have text on the left side and text under my header. The side text is my less relevant one (Henry's sidebar) but it is the first text the robots read. Is there a way to change that like maybe moving it to the front after I more the other more important parahgraph to the front similar to how we move the form object so when searcher use the tab button they go in the order we specified?!

                Regarding the site posted:

                1) I would question using a picture from a Sandals Resorts catalog as a page background. Unique Vacations (the Sandals Brand Owner) is a US Corporation, and is well-known for using legal methods to vehemently "protect" anything they consider infringement. Besides, it is not even properly sized to prevent tiling and is thus cheapening the entire site. IMO

                2) You mention in your initial post that you applied earlier experience in developing this site, but clearly there is a complete disconnect. Why? (no need to explain, right?)

                3) On your Consultation site, I would suggest you perform due diligence to make sure you are not stepping on toes using the terms and "formatted text" you have published ... you can use CopyScape.com to verify uniqueness or potential issues.

Overall, the "Honeymoon" site needs attention to bring it up closer to the potential that is possible.

Thanks! I can't tell you how many days I spent searching for this answer to finally give up on it. The only reason I have yet to use H tags is because of the FF one line drop bug but long and behold Navaldesign replied to your thread with the <h1 style="margin:0px;">

I will be starting to do that right now! Although, with BV11 on it's way and the new feature to created your own H tag styles and so forth, I am wondering once it is finally out, if I will have to redo all the H tags all over again so there won't be double H tags if I use that feature, which I would love to have the option to change the colors when I'm sick of the current ones to spice it up...
