I think it looks good. I am no expert or anything just another BV do it yourselfer. I would think about changing the blue text on some of your links, it is hard for me to read, maybe another color would be a better contrast. Maybe the scrolling test could move a little faster. I really think you did a good job!

Header image is a bit fuzzy.
You will end up getting penalised by the se,s with using tags like this & adding it to an alt tag........
