very busy - would suggest a short video on home page telling us what you do and where to go first. too many options for me - i would rather go where i need your services instead of exploring. you obviously put a lot of work into this and wish all the luck in the world.

It looks great when you give your business card to people and they visit your site. I bet they love it! What about people who know nothing about you and want to find the services you offer using the SE's?
When you have a site in flash....it's a big problem because there's no content and without good and unique content the SE's can't place you well (or even find you in some cases).

the animation on the menu is a little too long in my humble opinion - very nice but annoying ( after a while ) for me - makes the site a bit too flashy and I get lost on the content - just my 2 cents
