Let's talk about some issues.
Your website takes 49 seconds to load on a 56kbps modem & 17 seconds on a cable connection. That's generally considered too long.
You are using a javascript for your menu. SE's dont see javascript and therefore will not index the pages in your menu. That's why on many sites you see a text menu at the bottom of the page.
