thanks for all your input im trying to correct mistakes

ok i took the advise of resizing the page. but i cant tell , i went downstairs and checked on other computer but see no results???? has the sizing issue changed for the better? or worse i do know that before i had the option of scrooling left and right now the bar is gone now. give me complete instructions on sizing if problem hasnt changed.
