This is my first website and the learning curve has been pretty tough for an old girl nearing 64. That does not mean you should be especially kind to a senior citizen ; ) rather, I'm looking for sound criticism and any suggestions that can improve the site.

I haven't a clue about flash elements, so you won't see any.

Nice clean looking site. 2 small points to have a look at. This image could be reduced to speed page loading times up, & possibly some work on the blue & golg logo to take away the crinkly edges.
