click on page (contact) in the home page menu and you will see immediatly that there is something wrong behind the page, that i don t know how to get rid of.
could you teach me how to delete all this background script.

You need to save and publish your page as contact.php (not as .html) according to the Tutorial:
Your form page MUST be published as PHP. This is done through View > Page Properties > File Extension (when published).

You do not seem to get it:
1. Change the links on your website from www.unitedkidspower.org/contact.html > to > www.unitedkidspower.org/contact.php
2. Save and Publish your 'contact' page as PHP, according to the Tutorial above.
3. Connect via FTPManager in Blue Voda (under TOOLS) and delete the contact.html page previously published.
4. Refresh your browser when you re-visit your website, even refreshing the page to load the new version sans a HTML conflicting page.

Hi, i just followed your new instruction carefully but it doesn't work at all.
Even worst when i publish and click on contact page or memberships page google show a not found page.

But I refresh many time it s still stay contact.html
Please help help

Need help for all php

Please i am seeking help for the following big issue.
Since i have used the blue voda's form wizard with the URL php all my page with form cannot be publish and cannot be found by the brower.
I am in a hurry to publish this new web site.

Possibly need your cache clearing. Try hitting F5 many times to see if this clears it when you have the page on your machine showing on your browser.

Please some one can help me with the radio button.
on my membership page I have 2 radios button, when I am publish my page I saw two radios button and I am can check all. But I want have choose to chose one or other one. No two the same time.

I don't know about contact, but I can say something about logo - in most pages top part is missing, so it looks a bit weird when going from one page to another - logo is in different places each time
