Suggestions For "Sorting" of Sections?

Hello - My website is www.benefitplace.biz. Given the number of pages and topics/subjects, is there a sort feature e could add to the home page. This would help visitors more quickly obtain the information they are looking for!

Traditionally, what you are asking for usually is the product of a proper and well-thought layout that includes a comprehensive and yet easy-to-use Navigational scheme .... Visitors know how a website works, but can only decide on whether to stay on a website or abandon it (let alone drill in on it) based on first impressions and fleeting visual appeal.

Your use of over-sized fonts, mis-sized elements, uncomplimentary colors and "un-formatted" space does not lend well to this foundational oragnization as of yet. (IMO)
