In my opinion there's too much going on! Your text is all over the place and write text on blue backgroung is not a good combination (and hard on the eyes).

red on blue is known to be hard on the eye and this is certainly the case here. Capital letters (particularly in a 'script' font are a def no no. Keep working at it. Simplify for a stronger outcome. Good luck. regards
