New Site - Ready For Devices Too?

I installed this file on my website - http://www.cdldriverjobs.com to make it easier to view for mobile phones. Problem is it takes up 71kb. Is there a way to make that file smaller, or a better way to display on mobile without such a large file. Thanks for your help.

    No.
You have a page FULL of items, all formatted in proportion to the overall original page size of 990 pixels wide, which when viewed on a device makes your text incredibly small and requires magnification to even read.

If you wanted to make your pages universally viewable across computer monitors and devices, you should increase the font size of your page text significantly, and reduce the sheer Content (and number of scripts like your use of Text Links rather than Menu scripts - which add significantly to the page file size) to provide a more reasonable balance of layout. For comparison, MOBI sites are generally created proportionally within standards of being no wider than 500 pixels, and should be legible when viewing real-time in your BV workpane.
Another comparison is that your present page file size is approximately only as large as 2-3 regularly formatted images (with file sizes properly reduced), and that is nothing to worry about at all.

With motivation to display so much Content on pages in a layout perceived to be required is the very reason abbreviated MOBI sites were created, and why although they resembled the original full sites in look and feel, they were created so differently. In today's world where devices now display a real-time view of websites and include functional Flash and other previously disabled views, a more cognizant balance is required when designing websites if to preclude being required to design separate MOBI and mainline sites.
