I noticed a few things which may present a problem for people.
Pages load up with consistency from white text to dark text on my end. Some text is to light while others barely able to read.
Your last page http://www.sirinc.org/ is not consistent with rest of site..... Thinking page would look and feel like rest of pages then opens up into a whoa unexpected flow from page to page. Example: http://www.sir91.org/photos.html to http://www.sirinc.org/ is a true eye opener.... make the last page look like the rest of the pages....
I also feel the many lists either a committee or activity list should be formatted to be side to side instead of scrolling down to see each activity or commitee member.
Pages load slow do to the color of text changing from white to grey or blue or other color. Keep it simple. To much waiting or having to scroll to far down the page for the information most important should be centralized on the page not like a cash register receipt that keeps printing and printing with all sorts of data on it just because you bought a pack of gum.
