Please Review and Live Chat issues

I have recently updated my website, albeit this is maybe the second time i have done this but would love others input. Being a complete novice at this i welcome anyones advice...

and one question i am needing some assistance....

i created a live chat link before, since i have a clue how it worked, i presume it was from vodahost but anyone ...can you help cause it works on the site, i just dont remember how the heck i get notified and be able to answer and reply ...

ummmm.....need the name of the site, maybe?

You'll find a couple Support type scripts to choose from in Fantastico in your cPanel. The real "chat" types you'll have to find online. Either way, follow the instructions that come with each in order to get them to function properly!
