At 1617 pixels wide, the site is far beyond the maximum acceptable width of 984 pixels. Unless you "resize" the site to a more conforming width, the site will not be cached and the Domain will be sanctioned, possibly irrecoverably.
Because BlueVoda generates static HTML web pages rather than script-generated dynamic PHP web pages (as in Wordpress, Joomla, etc., which more frequently automatically "resize" the site according to the device and resolution required), there needs to be a reasonable margin to the actual page size due to the 16 column format of the W3C standards as they accommodate the updated default resolution of 1024 wide, thus the maximum width needs be set at 984 pixels wide (which allows a 2-column available margin on each side).
There is no real maximum of how "tall" a web page should be, although the Search Engines typically "read" no more than 750-900 of the first words of Content (focusing on the first 500 for priority caching and Relevancy validation), and generally tend to regard pages with more than 1000 words of Content to be "Spammy" in nature and typically non-conforming with respect to Relevancy Construct (as seen in many of the "Selling" single page websites).
This especially pertains to the "index" page, whereas interior pages may typically be much "taller" when containing longer articles, picture galleries, or other specifically created page Relevance. The key concept here is to construct each interior page with very tight Relevance and optimized properly simultaneously, demonstrating proper page development. The "index" page is supposed to be an "introduction" to the website, just as the Index page is to a Book: brief, pertinent, completely logical outline with topical organization and supporting navigation.
You can figure it out by reviewing other leading websites and how the Index Page is specially created, and how each interior page is supporting that logical construct.
