worth the effort?

hey all! redesigning my electronics sight & before i proceed any further, i would like to know if the new look is worth the effort? please look & tell. not much works yet, just want opinions please. thanks in advance!

Hi,
Yes, the site certainly stands out when it opens...........not sure about the font you are using for the main section, starting "XTR1"...........just my opinion but looks a bit like an old-style newspaper print....but then maybe that's the idea!

Hi Jason, you seem to be going full circle... lol.

I find the contrast between the white and blue a little harsh on the old peepers but apart from that it's ok. I couldn't make out the red text (about the health condition). Did you fall out with your last layout? I liked that. Good luck chuck - I know you work very hard on your site.

thanks for the input! the text on the "XTR1" is all Times New Roman. the other text is Arial. was thinking about changing the shade of the blue a bit.
