I agree, but in this case, be flattered - as it's nothing that will hurt you.
I've had people take entire sections of text off my stores - word for word - now, if they think I'm good - borrow it and change it to make it their's - that's been being done for all eternity - but word for word??? SE's will see duplicate content and it hurts both of us. I then shoot off from the hip!
But I would do as you've done and point out that I recognize they have "borrowed" my design :)
