    First Site...

Pain and anguish is what I brought to the table anticipating building a site...It still is not my forte but the webbuilder/tutorials eased the pain....its actually up and running...intended to be educational...and thanks to the Vodahost family for all the help I received by reading the forums as I was in process...

    Thanks again,
    Rick

    Hi Rick,

Very well done! only a couple of things that i can see, your pages are very wide resulting in a long sideways scroll ..if you go to page properties and set your page width to 800 and click centre in browser then save n publish that will hopefully fix it.

The other thing , just a little thing ....your navigation links on your front page.. one side is nice and straight and the other is a bit out of line ..thats it...all the links worked

    Nice job ..well done
Click the link below for page guidelines (no more sideways scroll)

Rick: Very nice job! All your links worked and like Linda said, I would center your page. Very informative. Well Done!

        Rick,

A wonderful product of your genuine efforts! It is sure to fulfill it's purpose and facilitate growing successes.

Centering you pages will help to define focus, and your content will best be served with this effect.

Have you given any thought of even a "suggested" border to your interior pages? The sudden contrast from your main page to the starkness of the interios are slightly bewildering for a second or so.

Otherwise, a grand unveiling for another BV winning website!

          Hi Rick

An attractive and very interesting site to visit. As the others have said it will be of great advantage to centre your pages.
It seems such a trivial thing doesn't it, but as in all things you only get one chance to make a first impression.

                Re: First Site...

Thanks so much for your feedback. The page width thing is a mystery to me. I reduced the size to 900 wide as suggested, but in my browser every page is offset way to the right, in spite of "centering in browser". At 1300, which is where it was, its centered on my screen at least. Is there a tutorial or something on this? Thanks again

Rick: On the pages, did you right click page properties and check the box "center in browser". I think that may be it? If not, someone else I'm sure will be along.

Yes I currently am centered in browser at 900 width....picture offset extreme right on my screen. I think I may have to take this to a tech forum. I just dont know enough.
                    Thanks

                      Rick,
Can't help with the centering problem except to echo what the other have said but I do like your site. The colors are excellent and the layout if very nice. Best of luck.
