Re: For all the Seniors of the World

    Very nice page.
There was an article in yesterday's newspaper about search engines making it easy for the blind to "read" internet pages. One of the interesting comments is that pages, such as yours, where the pic have an alt description are easier for them to navigate.

Hello Wynie. You're right about not sitting behind curtains!! It's just not on!! I'm celebrating this 3/4 century year!! - it's a milestone and I decided to do some things I've never done before. I had my first solo art show a few weeks ago and I'm building a web site!!! There's always something new to do - to explore!! Hope you find some groups to promote to. One group I know of is called "Dutch Indo" group. They are all our vintage, or older. Try googling for the address.
      all the best

Re: For all the Seniors of the World

Thanks guys and gals for your ideas.
If will sure have a look at AARP, Andrea, also adjusting the metatags.
Carlos, thanks for your kind words. I’m starting googling already.
Yes Bill, there we have the alt descriptions for. Thanks for the remark.
David, I am proud to add my site in your Hall of Fame. Since you make it easy to place the site yourself, I centainly will use this showcase.
And Lorna, you are a remarkable lady. Lots of seniors of your age should take you as an example. I will certainly google for the Indo-groups. Thanks a lot for the info.

                Take care everybody,
                Wynie

Re: For all the Seniors of the World

Well Lorna, you just got me.
I thought Vodaschat would be a nice username. Schat means in Dutch: darling, dear, wealth and treasure. All those names fit to VodaHost. I like this webbuilder and the community very much. So I came up with: Vodaschat, but our admin removed the v from my name because of his considerations.
I agree with that. A name is just a name.
So now I'm 'odaschat', which means: Oh, Bye Darling. Cute, isn't it?

                    Wynie

PS: voda means: sour, dead water (Russian); it is also a christian name.

                      Dear Wynie,
Very nice site. I think the others have covered most everything, but I did not see anyone tell you that the title for the first photo on left on homepage that says "beautiness" should be changed to "beauty"...
and the left highlighted place about photographers is missing the last line for me.
Good to know we seniors can travel easily with your help!
                      Saludos a todos!

Charles, I tried to send you a message via your site, but an error page (page not found) came up (MSIE).
Your site look neat and basal, exact what nature and walking is all about in such a beutiful area of the world.
                          Thanks for your comments.
