New Site - Need your opinion

Hi All,

Well ...I got some of the pages of my new site up and I would like your opinions on everything from color to text...lol....let me have it and tell me what you like and don't...don't be shy...I want this to be a fab site so all your insights are welcome....

Nice very nice, but I would like to see the links in the top witout that white background, in my opinion, it will be always your taste over others'

Question:

How did you do that kind of links down when mouse over on the top of links, get it?

mean, when you put the mouse over the links on top, another small table with other links appears, how you do that?

Hiya Beezie..
Looks neat.. Not all pages are finished, I see..
The Personal Tour section .. The header has a white background.. reset background.
The blog I-Frame looks neat.. (If I day a I-Frame looks good then it must look real good coz I hate I-Frames with Passion, but yours looks nifty)..
The small picture above the javascript power engine needs to be aligned.
Now can I get a free tour..?? lol

THanks for comment...and yes I don't like the white mcuh either nad have been think of changing it and trying to make it transparent...still haven't figure it out...lol

I used the the 'Menu Bar" option in BV. Just click on it create the menu you want. It is abit limited but still workd out....oh and here's something you have to do to get the spacing btween the page names....After you type in the name...add at least 5 empty spaces so that all the names are not scrunched together. Hpe that helps.

Uh huh.. Had to apply knowledge to get stuff nowadays.. The lesson I learnt from my grandfather... He once said:

Three things you need to learn in order to get something from a woman:

Beg;
Rollover; and
Bark..

I'm still begging... but let me know if I need to progress.. I have to get the rug out for that..lol

Oh and whenever you want to come...I'll personally take you and anyone else on the forum on a tour of the Island...hey I'm not really in it for the money..just the fun....although I haven't given up on the lotto....lol

-Your page looks good. Very nice header.
-On this page: http://www.travelswithbee.com/tourservices.html the drop down menu's hide behind "Personal Tour Services" -need to remove the white background behind the text. The rest of the text on that page could be one size bigger or change the color, that pale off white isn't the easiest to read.
-Your travel photos have really nice pics (had already told you that somewhere, always worth praising something nice) but your site is about Jamaica. Do you need the others? perhaps a link to 'other travels' would be more appropriate?

Very good on the pics comment...I'm on it....very true...plus I'll be puttin' up some weddings in JA pics later....

Love it!!! I love the green, love the logo, love the background of the "world map"
LOVE the "back" and "home" and "next" buttons....makes it so easy to navigate the pages.
LOVE the photo gallery!

Love the mood and feeling---the feeling I get is that you provide very customized tours with a personal touch....much better than some of the very "commercialized" tour companies. I get a "local" feeling from your site (obviously!) and I love that!

The only thing I didn't like was the italic font on your main page content. I really struggled to read it. But not a huge deal... i'm just not good at reading italics.

Love the dropdown menu bar too!

Great Job! When I get to go to Jamacia, I know just who to call!!!! Yeah!!!

Thanks Island crazy....very useful comments and yeah I wasn't sure about the italics BUT not a problem I love so many different fonts will change to something more friendly...Thank you very much for feed back.
