Need help building a web site

Im wanting a website like myspace, tagged.com
i have found some clones.... but i dont know how to get them to work,
Dose anyone know of a good one... I can buy it if needed..
and I can pay for the hosting here as well,
i was looking at this one that was free..

i have been playing with voda for about 2 weeks and have 1 page with some of the basics down but need someone to walk me thru it step by step. do you do phone support?
