Right Corner Rollover???

Does anybody know how to create a right corner rollover without using flash or is this the only way to have this feature.

Here is an example of a right corner rollover The Brunswick News in the upper right corner of this website.

I would love to have one of these on my homepage.
If one of the higher ranking members of this forum may know how to do this (or anybody for that matter) please, please let me know.

Its also done with a script/plugin with certain php applications, but.. its easiest done with a flash element.

It's called a peel back effect

it says to upload files to a directory called "peel"
how do i create this directory?
