I have a simple task I need help with. I just need to do a simple % price increase in my Soho store. It can be done quickly in Excel with an import/export. Trouble is when I have attempted the task in the past I have only managed to import my most basic information back. I have lost ALL my extra information like detailed descriptions etc. I am happy to pay someone to either help me with it, or do it for me.
