Can you help with menu drop down effects?

So, I am building a new site and I find the BV options for links rather limited. Perhaps I am missing something but I would like to create a link effect like this: see top of page...health library. emergancy etc. Can this be achieved in BV ir do I need someone with better skills to make this happen. Here is my temp website for personal viewing only. but it will give you the idea i hope.

There is no way a software can have built in options that would satisfy ALL users.

This is a custom made menu and you will need to either purchase something similar from the market or hire someone to build this for you. I recommend the first solution.

Are you looking to accomplish this with Flash or CSS/Javascript?
