Create and list your project at www.Freelancer.com to have a script written for you.

If, on the other hand, you are looking for someone to "install" a script onto your BlueVoda Page for you, I would encourage you to do it yourself first. It is a simple task (truly) that you can learn how to do by following the clearly outlined Tutorial.
