No roll-over images

It seems that BV 7.5.1 doeas not create the roll-over images for the navigation bars.

The "on mouse over" code is there, but the image reffered to is not.
WHen you move over the navigation bar, the image just disappears...

You need to publish for it to be visible, also bars need to have been created in 7.5.0 or above for them to have the rollover effect.
